Adrenal Fatigue is a collection of signs and symptoms, known as a Syndrome, which results when the Adrenal Glands function below the Optimum Level.
Adrenal Fatigue can arise during or after Respiratory Infections such as Influenza or Bronchitis. It is most commonly associated with Intense or Prolonged Stress
The main Symptom is Fatigue and/or Stress, which is not relieved by even enough sleep. You may look and act relatively normal with Adrenal Fatigue without any obvious symptoms of Physical Illness, but you may experience and live with a general sense of "Unwellness",Tiredness or "Gray" feelings.
